We are especially interested in making all our patients feel right at home! We put your needs first to achieve efficient and comprehensive treatment. Our staff is trained and skilled, and we strive to provide energetic and fun-loving service to each patient. Each member of our treatment team is a registered dental assistant, and our office staff has years of experience in serving our patients with the highest level of care. We strive to stay abreast of the latest in technological advances and treatment techniques by regularly attending continuing education courses and seminars.

Front office staff:

Sheral: Sheral has been with our practice for 29 years, and is dedicated to making your experience in our office an enjoyable one. She takes pride in making you feel at home and catering to your needs. She will walk you through the phases of your orthodontic treatment, as well as explain and help you with billing and insurance questions. As you may already know, Sheral is very proud of her daughter, and her two beautiful grandchildren.

Roberta: Roberta will likely be the first face you see when you walk into our office, or the first voice you hear if you call to schedule an appointment with us. She has added a nice touch of the East Coast, having moved to Orange County from New Jersey. We are lucky to have her in our office to greet you and make sure that we meet your scheduling needs. Roberta is the proud mother of one daughter and three sons.

Back office Staff:

Veronica: Veronica is a registered dental assistant with a beautiful smile and a warm, friendly personality to make you feel at home in our treatment area. You’ll never see her with the same hair-style twice. Curly, straight, bangs, no bangs, high volume, low volume, Pert Plus or Vidal Sassoon…Veronica will take care of you.

Sohaila (“So-High-Lah”): Sohaila is a wonderful and kind-hearted registered dental assistant. We are so fortunate to have her on our team to make your treatment as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. She will warmly welcome you into our office.

Kim: Kim is a part-time registered dental assistant in our office. Kim will keep you smiling with her wonderful sense of humor and contagious smile. Her loyalty to UCLA is her only apparent character flaw, as both Dr. Fowle and Dr. Fagin are proud USC graduates. Kim is also a resident of Ladera Ranch and has two daughters and a son.

Jacob: Jacob is our lab technician, but he helps in so many other ways as well. You may find him answering phones, assisting you in the front office, or assisting Dr. Fowle or Dr. Fagin in the treatment area. Jacob is always eager to assist, and occasionally he may need your help from the playful harassment of Kim and the rest of our ladies.
